医学生拖延症的现状分析及应对策略研究

Analysis of Medical Students’ Procrastination and Coping Strategies

文章以问卷调查为主、文献综合为辅,从医学生的拖延症现状着手,结合国内外对拖延症的研究,分析了医学生拖延症的原因、特点,调查医学生拖延症现状,为改善医学生拖延症提出实用建议。

This paper is based on questionnaire survey,supplemented by literature synthesis,starting from the status quo of medical students' procrastination,combined with the research on procrastination at home and abroad,analyzes the causes and characteristics of medical students' procrastination,investigates the status quo of medical students' procrastination,and puts forward practical suggestions for improving medical students' procrastination.
