医学毕业生创业选择的影响因素调查及分析

Investigation and Analysis on Influencing Factors of Medical Graduates’ Entrepreneurial Choice

创新创业教育对提高毕业生和高校的社会竞争力至关重要,但是目前医学高校的创新创业教育仍有一定的局限性。根据昆明医科大学115名毕业生的调查结果,我们发现医学生的专业、学位、成绩、是否曾经接受过创新创业教育和家庭总收入等对其毕业后的创业选择有明显影响,其中是否曾经接受过创新创业教育是影响医学生创业选择的关键因素,也是校方可以加以干预的可变因素。因此,医学院校非常有必要将传统医学教育和创新创业教育相结合,培养具有创新思维和创业能力的高素质医学人才。

Innovative entrepreneurship education is very important to improve the social competitiveness of graduates and colleges,but at present,the innovative entrepreneurship education in medical colleges still has some limitations.Based on the results of a survey of 115 graduates of Kunming Medical University,we found that medical students' major,degree,achievement,previous education in innovative entrepreneurship and family income had a significant impact on students' entrepreneurial choices after graduation.Among them,innovative entrepreneurship education is the key factor that affects the choice of medical students' entrepreneurship,and it is also the variable factor that the school can intervene.Therefore,it is very necessary for medical colleges and universities to combine traditional medical education with innovative entrepreneurship education.With innovative thinking and entrepreneurial ability of high-quality medical talents.
