“医养结合”养老机构护理服务方法及应用

Nursing Service Method and Application of "Medical and Nursing" Old-age Care Institution

目的:讨论精细化管理的“医养结合”的养老机构所运用的护理服务方法及使用取得的效果。方法:抽取2017年1月—2018年1月某医院就诊的老年人100例作为观察组,另外的100例作为对照组。采用精细化护理管理的“医养结合”模式为观察组的100例老年人提供相应的护理服务,采用常规的护理管理模式为对照组的100例老年人进行护理服务,均延续观察6个月后,对两组老年人的血糖控制率、血压控制率、半年内住院治疗率以及老年人的满意度进行比较。结果:两组一般资料无统计学差异,观察组老年人血糖控制率、血压控制率、半年内住院治疗率、总满意率分别为76.00%、75.00%、24.00%、95.00%,均优于对照组老年人的34.00%、33.00%、70.00%、82.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对“医养结合”养老机构的老年人运用精细化管理的模式对其进行护理服务,可以提高对疾病的控制率,减轻医疗负担和家庭负担。

Objective:to discuss the nursing service methods and the effects of the use of the "medical and nursing" pension institutions with fine management.Methods:100 elderly patients from a hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were enrolled as the observation group,and another 100 were used as the control group.The "medical and nursing" mode of refined nursing management was used to provide corresponding nursing services for 100 elderly people in the observation group.The routine nursing management model was used to provide nursing services for 100 elderly people in the control group,all of which continued for 6 months.The blood glucose control rate,blood pressure control rate, hospitalization rate within half a year,and satisfaction of the elderly were compared between the two groups.Results: there was no statistical difference between the two groups.The blood glucose control rate,blood pressure control rate, hospitalization rate and total satisfaction rate in the observation group were 76.00%,75.00%,24.00%,and 95.00%, respectively.The difference was 34.00%,33.00%,70.00%,and 82.00%,and the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).Conclusion:for the elderly in the "medical and nursing" old-age care institutions,using the refined management model to provide themwith nursing services can improve the control rate of diseases and reduce the medical burden and family burden.
