医学病理学与病理生理学整合实验教学改革探索 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨整合病理学与病理生理学实验内容、改革实验教学模式对激发学生学习主动性、提高学生分析问题、解决问题的能力及培养创新思维意识的影响。方法:按照随机自愿的原则,选取我校2015级临床医学专业1、2大班学生98人为研究对象(实验组),采用将病理学与病理生理学实验内容整合、改革教学模式的方法进行实验教学;临床医学专业10、11大班学生98人为对照组,采用传统病理学、病理生理学实验内容及教学模式进行实验教学,比较两组学生理论成绩、实验成绩、及格率以及学习兴趣、实践技能和创新思维能力。结果:实验组学生理论成绩、实验成绩、及格率均优于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);实验组学生、授课教师均对整合后的实验教学模式给予了充分肯定,认可度、满意度在90%以上。结论:有机整合病理学与病理生理学实验内容,有利于提高学生学习兴趣,教学效果明显改善。 Objective:to explore the influence of reforming experimental teaching mode on stimulating students' learning initiative,improving their ability to solve problems and innovative thinking consciousness by integrating the experimental contents of pathology and pathophysiology in this paper. Methods:98 students from class 1 and class 2 of clinical medicine,grade 2015,were selected as research subjects (experimental group) according to the principle of random and voluntary.The teaching mode was adopted to integrate the experimental contents of pathology and pathophysiology.However,another 98 students from 10 and 11 classes of clinical medicine were used as control group and the teaching mode was traditional pathology and pathophysiology experiments.Then,we compared the theoretical results,experimental results,passing rate,learning interest,practical skills and innovative thinking ability between the two groups.Results:in the study,the results of theory,experiment and pass rate of the experimental group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05).After the integration of experimental teaching,the students and teachers in the experimental group fully affirmed the teaching mode and their satisfaction reached more than 90%.Conclusion:the organic integration of pathology and pathophysiology experiment which can help to improve students' interest in learning,and teaching effect was significantly improved.
