近年来,应新时代发展的需求,地方本科高校转型发展,以需求为导向,突出应用、校地结合、产教融合、校企合作、协同育人,培养应用型人才,服务于地方区域经济发展,办出了自身特色。如何做到产教深度融合,将生产实践融入人才培养的全过程,让高校教师和学生深入生产一线,切实提高学生的创新创业能力和实践操作能力,对应用型人才的培养具有至关重要的作用。

In recent years,in response to the needs of the development of the new era,local undergraduate colleges and universities have transformed and developed in a demand-oriented way,focusing on application,school-site integration,integration of production and education,school-enterprise cooperation,collaborative education,training applied talents,serving the development of local regional economy and running their own characteristics.How to achieve the deep integration of production and teaching,integrate production practice into the whole process of personnel training,let university teachers and students go deep into the production line,and effectively improve students' innovative and entrepreneurial ability and practical operation ability is of vital importance to the training of applied talents.
