随着我国高校招生制度的改革,高校在校学生人数不断增加,毕业生人数逐年增加,指导就业是高校辅导员工作模块的重要组成部分。文章试图从高校毕业生就业中存在的问题入手,结合高校辅导员的优势,探讨高校辅导员在指导大学生就业过程中的作用。

With the reform of the enrollment system in colleges and universities in China,the number of students and the number of graduates is increasing every year.Employment guidance is an important work part of university counselors.According to the problems existing in the employment of university graduates,this paper attempts to explore the effects of university counselors in guiding the employment of university students and graduates,combined with the advantages of university counselors.
