摘要
教学督导是高职院校提升内部教学质量而构建的一种监督机制。为进一步加强高职院校内部的教学管理与监督工作,提高课堂教育教学质量,文章结合西安医学高等专科学校“双一流”建设中教学督导的开展情况,探讨双一流高职院校的教学督导工作。通过健全督导评价体系、强化督导的服务意识、重视督导信息反馈机制等方面实现对教学的有效监督和管理,从而推动教育教学质量的提高。
Teaching supervision is an control mechanism that promoting internal quality of teaching in higher vocational colleges.To further strengthening internal teaching management and supervision in higher vocational colleges and improving quality of teaching in the class,the article based the situation of Xi'an Medical and Higher specialized school on teaching supervision to discuss teaching supervision work under the background of constructing "double first-class".According to improve the system and strengthen consciousness of service and pay more attention to the information feedback system,Higher Vocational Colleges can realize effective supervision and the management and enhance the quality of teaching.
