烟气净化装备虚拟仿真实验建设

摘要 针对我校过程装备与控制工程专业烟气净化脱硝、除尘、脱硫实验设备的大型化、高成本、高消耗、高维护、操作危险等特殊性建设虚拟仿真实验,确定实验方案、实验目的、实验教学方法、实验实施过程、实验内容和实验步骤,从而实现传统实验室难以完成的教学功能,使教学更直观,提高实验教学效果,培养出更能适应社会、经济、科技需求的具有实践能力的节能环保应用型人才。 In view of the particularity for the experiment equipment on flue gas purification denitration,dust removal and desulphurization of the process equipment and control engineering of our university,such as large scale,high cost,high consumption,high maintenance and operation risk,the virtual simulation experiments were build.The experiment plan,experiment purpose,experiment teaching method,experiment content and experiment procedure were determined.Therefore,the experiments were implemented that the traditional laboratory cannot complete the teaching function.The teachings were more intuitive and the experimental teaching effects were improved.The practical talents with practical ability to meet the needs of society,economy and science and technology should be cultivated.
