摘要 根据民航行业跨越发展的需求论述了研究复合型创新人才培养体系的重要意义。结合“新工科”建设理念,提出了构建新时代民航特色复合型创新人才培养体系的“五个维度”,即思政文化教育、专业理论教育、专业实验实践、信息技术教育和英语教育维度(子系统),并阐述了各子系统的构成要素。它们既相对独立、连贯,又相互交叉、协同,织构成一个有机整体。结合前期实践情况,简单介绍了该人才培养体系的达成度和效果。 According to the demand of leapfrogging development of the civil aviation industry,the importance of studying the training system of compound innovative talents is discussed.Combined with the construction concept of"new engineering subject",this paper proposes the"five dimensions"of constructing a comprehensive innovation talent training system for civil aviation characteristics in the new era,namely,ideological and political culture education,professional theory education,professional experimental practice,information technology education,and English education dimension(subsystem),and expounds the components of each subsystem.They are relatively independent,coherent,cross-corresponding,synergistic,and woven into an organic whole system.Combined with the previous practice,the achievement and effect of the personnel training systemis briefly introduced.
