Reflections on Improving the Executive Force of Institutions of University in the New Situation——Taking S University as an Example

机关执行力是新形势下建设高水平大学的重要因素之一,执行力建设已经成为高校关注的重要课题。通过实地调研,探讨目前我国高校机关执行力现状及存在的问题,结合执行能力—理念—制度三方面的实体特征,提出对策和建议。

Executive force is one of the important factors in building a high-level university under the new situation.Through field research,this paper discusses the current status and existing problems of the executive ability of China's colleges and universities,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions based on the physical characteristics of the executive ability,idea and system.
