高校二级学院管理模式探析

Analysis on the Management Mode of Secondary College in Colleges and Universities

二级学院管理是我国高校在改革发展中自我优化、自我强化的现实选择。如何让二级学院形成制度化管理模式,更好地发挥其在教育、科研及社会服务中的积极作用,是我国当前高校改革发展的重要问题。从健全领导阶层管理体制、提升办公室主动服务与创新意识、注重学工干部的精英化培养、注重教师群体科研能力与专业素质的提升四个方面,对高校二级学院管理模式进行了探析。

The management of secondary colleges is a realistic choice for self-optimization and self-reinforcement in the reform and development of colleges and universities in China.How to make the secondary school form an institutionalized management mode and better play its positive role in education,scientific research and social services is an important issue in the current reform and development of colleges and universities in China.This paper analyzed the management mode of secondary colleges from the aspects of sound leadership management system,promotion of office initiative service and innovation consciousness,emphasis on elite training of academic cadres,emphasis on the research ability of teachers.
