党的十八届四中全会对依法治国做出全面部署,对依法治教、依法治校提出了更高要求。依法治校也就是高校的管理者在依法治理学校时需要将高校管理和运行方式有机结合起来,按照法律法规来规范自身行为,正确处理师生关系。为确保实现依法治校,需构建依法治校基础,具体表现为加强依法治校思想建设,加强思想道德教育,培养守法意识,落实依法治校的机制体制保障,努力实现高校依法治校治理体系和治理能力现代化。
