随着全球化的发展,国际组织已经成为各国参与全球治理、开展多边外交的重要平台。我国在国际组织中的职员代表数量不足,级别不高,与我国在国际舞台上的地位严重不符。近年来,多所国内高校陆续制订“双一流”建设方案,研究生教育国际化建设已成为高校研究生培养的新课题。

With the development of globalization,international organizations have become an important platform for countries to participate in global governance and multilateral diplomacy.China's staff representation in international organizations is inadequate and of low rank,which is seriously inconsistent with China's position on the international stage.In recent years,many domestic colleges and universities have formulated the"double first-class"construction program,and the internationalization of postgraduate education has become a new subject of postgraduate training in colleges and universities.
