培养大学生党员责任担当教育的基本途径探索

Exploration of Basic Approach to Undergraduate Party Members’ Responsibility Education

大学生党员作为国家的栋梁、民族的希望,将来也必将承担起国家复兴大任的重担,所以,在大学阶段必须积极思考,在践行中努力提高自身的担当意识与担当能力。为了提高大学生党员的责任担当能力,文章提出了强管理、重引导、建体系、拓路径、创形式、抓重点的教育途径,以期能提高大学生责任担当教育的实效。

As the backbone of the country and the hope of the nation,undergraduate Party members are to take on the heavy responsibility of national rejuvenation in the future,and therefore,they must maintain positive thinking at college and,in practice,make efforts to improve their consciousness of and capacity for responsibility.In order to improve undergraduate Party members'capacity to take responsibility,this paper puts forward an educational approach of"strengthening management,emphasizing guidance,building system,extending paths,developing models,and grasping the key points",in the hope of improving the effectiveness of undergraduates'responsibility education.
