公共事业管理专业四个年级学生学习理念等的调查分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:调查分析我校公共事业管理专业四个年级学生的学习理念,并进行分析,为学生的学习和学校的教学提出建议。方法:采用调查问卷收集数据,利用Excel进行描述性分析。结果:学生学习目的适应现实;学生对学习策略不满意,专业职业感低,自身掌握知识少且不够自信;学生喜爱实践型课程,学习理念内容丰富,观念积极向上;喜欢的学习模式个性、高效,具有研究性和实践性、协作性;喜欢案例式、参与式、情景式、角色扮演式教学法,对传统教学法选择甚少。学生重视“实践能力”和“创新能力”,主要通过参加社会实践和相关培训提升能力,自己学习比例较大,向老师学习的较少,更倾向于采用“自己打分”和“同学打分”的评价方式,且在“其他”评价方式中,可能存在混合型评价方式。学生认为做课题等方式比学习成绩更能标志进步;学生对自身学习状况严重不满意,分值集中在5—8分内,对自身学习理念打分集中在7分以上,对自身学习能力打分分值集中在6—8分,对自身知识水平打分集中在5—8分。结论:学生学习理念丰富全面,学生具备全面学习、终身学习、自主学习等积极创新的学习理念,但学生的专业职业感不高,需要进行兴趣培养,学生学习策略方法满意度低,需要进行学习方法的专门指导。 Objective:To investigate and analyze the learning ideas of the four grade students majoring in the public utilities management in our university,and put forward some suggestions for the study and teaching of the students.Methods:Data were collected by questionnaires and descriptive analysis was conducted by Excel.Result:The students'learning purpose adapted to the reality,the students were dissatisfied with the learning strategies,have low professional sense,have little knowledge and are not confident enough;they like practical courses,have rich learning ideas and positive ideas;they like personality,high efficiency,research and practice,collaboration;they like case-based,participatory,situational and role-playing.There are few choices of traditional teaching methods in teaching methods.Students attach importance to"practical ability"and"innovative ability",mainly through participating in social practice and related training to enhance their ability,their own learning ratio is larger,learning from teachers less,It is more inclined to use the evaluation methods of"self scoring"and"classmate scoring",and in"other"evaluation methods,there may be mixed evaluation methods.The students think that the way of doing the project is better than their academic achievement,the students are seriously dissatisfied with their own learning condition,the score is concentrated in 5-8 points,the score on their own learning idea is more than 7 points,and the score set for their own learning ability is the score set.In 6-8 points,the level of their own knowledge is concentrated in 5-8 points.Conclusion:Students'learning ideas are rich and comprehensive,students have active and innovative learning ideas,such as comprehensive learning,lifelong learning and autonomous learning,but their professional sense of occupation is not high,they need to train their interests,and the students'satisfaction with learning strategies and methods is low.Special guidance on learning methods is required.
