摘要
食品安全是国计民生之本,社会稳定之基。随着社会发展,人们对食品安全的关注度也日益增加。《食品安全与卫生学》作为食品专业的一门主要的专业课程,不断地进行教学改革来满足教育的需求和社会的发展。文章从教学理念、教学方法以及教书育人思想等方面进行论述,旨在达到更优的教学效果。
Food safety is the foundation of national economy and people's livelihood and the foundation of social stability.With the development of society,people pay more and more attention to food safety."Food Safety and Hygiene",as one of the major courses of food major,has been constantly reforming its teaching to meet the needs of education and social development.This paper discusses the teaching idea,teaching method and teaching thought in order to achieve better teaching effect.
