高校党委教师工作部现状及职能初探

On the Present Situation and Functions of Teachers Work Department of Party Committee in Colleges and Universities

自2016年底高校思政工作会议召开以来,各高校纷纷成立党委教师工作部,贯彻落实会议精神,统筹师德师风建设工作,引导广大教师以德立身、以德立学、以德施教。对国内各高校党委教师工作部工作现状及其职能等内容进行了梳理,探讨教工部在教师思政工作等方面的工作路径。

Since the convening of the ideological and political work conference at the end of 2016,colleges and universities have set up Party committee teacher work departments to implement the spirit of the conference,coordinate the construction of teachers'ethics and teacher's style,and guide the teachers to build up their bodies by virtue,to learn by virtue,and to teach by virtue.This paper sorted out the current situation and functions of the teachers work department of the Party committees in various universities in China,and discussed the working paths of the ministry of education and industry in teachers'ideological and political work.
