提高研究生培养质量的途径与方法

Ways and Methods to Improve the Quality of Graduate Education

当前我国某些高校的研究生培养质量每况愈下,甚至出现了研究生不如本科生的现象,文章从生源、模式、授课和导师四个方面具体地分析了我国研究生的培养现状。提高对研究生的思想重视程度、强化导师队伍建设、搭建新型研究生创新平台、与国际接轨打造全能型新人才是解决当前研究生培养质量问题的途径和方法。

At present,the quality of postgraduate education is deteriorating in China's some universities,and even graduate students are inferior to undergraduates.This paper analyzes the current situation of Chinese graduate education from four aspects:source of students,model,teaching and tutors.Improve the degree of attention to graduate students;Strengthening the construction of mentor team;Building a new innovation platform for graduate students;It is the way and method to solve the current quality problem of graduate training that to be integrated with international standards and create all-around new person.
