高校共青团网络思想引领工作方法探析

A Probe into the Working Methods of the Network Thought of the Communist Youth League in Colleges and Universities

高校共青团网络思想引领工作存在着议题设置与学生关注不符、提供内容不能满足学生的成长和发展需求、表达方式需进一步精准化等问题。对此,文章从网络议题设置、内容提供方式、学生主体地位和队伍建设四个方面进行分析,并给出了相应对策,旨在为高校共青团网络思想引领工作提供思路。

There are some problems in the ideological guidance work of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities,such as issues setting that do not accord with the hot spots concerned by students,providing content that cannot meet the needs of students'growth and development,and expressing ways that need to be further accurate and so on.This paper analyzed these problems from four aspects:network topic setting,the way to provide the content,the main body position of the students and the team building,and proposed corresponding strategies,aming to provide some ideas for the ideological guidance work of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities.
