摘要
英语绘本阅读是小学生英语课堂教学的有效补充,也是提升英语学科核心素养的重要途径.从英语学科核心素养的理论背景出发,分析英语绘本的特点,讨论英语绘本对提升小学生英语学科核心素养的作用,以及教师在选择英语绘本进行阅读教学时应注意的问题.
Reading English picture books is an effective supplement to English classroom teaching and an important method to improve primary students' English key competency. This article firstly talked the theoretical background of English key competency, analyzed the characteristics of picture books, discussed the functions of reading picture books on improving primary students' English key competency, and mentioned the problems that English teachers should paid attention to when teaching students to read English picture books.
