摘要
教师指导风格的不合理以及区域环境创设的不合理反映了如今幼儿园教师漠视幼儿性格差异的区域活动指导现象.基于此,分别从区域环境的起始环节、主体环节以及结束环节提出基于幼儿性格差异的指导策略,以期教师能够依据幼儿性格进行有效的区域活动指导,促进幼儿的全面发展.
The unreasonable style of teachers' guidance and the unreasonable creation of regional environment all present the phenomenon that kindergarten teachers ignore the differences of young children's personality. In order to promote the all-round development of young children, the author puts forward the guiding strategies based on the differences of children's personality in the starting links of the regional environment, the main link and the end link respectively, so that teachers can effectively guide the regional activities on the basis of the character of young children.
