Refined Strategies of Urban Rail Line 8 Transferring Facilities Planning in Shenzhen

轨道交通接驳设施的合理规划布局,直接影响轨道交通线路的服务和出行体验。为保障轨道交通接驳设施的规划与建设,提出轨道交通接驳精细化规划策略。以深圳市轨道8号线为例,结合站点特征,对轨道交通接驳客流进行分类,精细化识别客流需求走廊,结合轨道—公交—慢行三网融合要求,提出交通接驳走廊的设施规划策略及详细要求,并通过人流动线校核各类交通接驳设施布局,评估可能达到的效果,保障交通接驳设施的有效性。

A reasonable layout of transferring facilities for rail transit system directly influences the rail transit services and user experiences. Taking Shenzhen Line 8 as an example to guarantee the planning and construction of transferring facilities for rail transit system, this paper classifies the passenger flow of rail transferring based on the position of rail transport in urban passenger traffic system, and then analyzes the characteristics of transferring passenger flows to better recognize the refined corridors for passengers demand. According to the requirements of integration of rail transport, public transport and nonmotorized transport, this paper not only proposes the strategies and detailed requirements on transferring facilities planning, but also checks the layout and evaluates the effectiveness of transferring facilities based on dynamic passenger streamlines to guarantee the practicability of the planning.
