摘要
机场群竞争合作格局下,构建多层次轨道交通体系对于机场发展至关重要。本文首先通过对2个典型城市机场轨道发展经验进行总结借鉴,确定机场轨道交通规划的基本原则为:形成面向机场客流腹地的1h圈层式辐射;其次,对机场的客流腹地概念进行界定,并进一步对硕放机场客流腹地进行划分;再次,以虹桥机场为对象,通过对比研究,确定其空铁换乘比例的合理范围,并以此为借鉴,分析了硕放机场引入沪宁城际线的必要性,得出无需将沪宁城际线引入机场的结论;最后,结合城市发展和机场发展实际需要,确定硕放机场的功能定位,并提出面向市区、市域和城际三个层面的多层次机场轨道交通规划方案。
Under the competitive landscape of airport groups, building a multi-level rail transit system is crucial for airport development. This paper firstly draws lessons from the development experience of two typical urban airport rail transit planning, and determines the basic principle of airport rail transit planning, which is forming a one-hour circle-type radiation for the airport passenger hinterland. Then, the concept of the passenger hinterland of the airport is defined, and further divide the passenger hinterland of Shuofang airport. After that, with Hongqiao Airport as an example, through the comparative study, the reasonable range of the ratio of air-to-rail transfer is discussed, and which is used as a reference to analyze the necessity of the introduction of Shuofang airport into Shanghai-Nanjing intercity line, it is proved that the necessity is inadequate. Finally, combined with the actual needs of urban development and airport development, the functional orientation of the Shuofang airport is analysed, and multiple rail transit planning schemes are proposed for the urban, municipal and inter-city levels.
