摘要
为降低深港跨界货车穿城对城市交通、环境造成的影响,对深港跨界货运交通组织优化进行了深入研究。基于对深港跨界货运交通基本特征的分析,从全货运链角度研究得出时间效率是影响深港跨界货运路径选择的关键因素,并系统剖析了现状深港跨界货运存在的问题。以提升全货运链时间效率为目标,从完善口岸货运通道、丰富口岸货运配套、提升口岸作业管理等方面提出了深港跨界货运组织调整的优化建议。
To decrease negative influence on urban transport and the environment caused by the condition of a mass of crossborder freight crossing Shenzhen central urban area, this paper research on the optimization of cross-border freight traffic organization. This paper analyzes the feature of cross-border freight between Shenzhen and Hongkong. Based on the research on supply chain, time efficiency is the key factor that influences traffic assignment of cross-border freight. Furthermore, the paper systematically analyzes existing issues of cross-border freight. The goals are to develop the time efficiency of the supply chain and propose an optimized plan for traffic organization of cross-border freight in three aspects: developing transit freight corridors, increasing the infrastructure of port freight, improving the management of port operations.
