摘要 目的观察非交联小分子透明质酸联合Filorga NCTF■BOOST135 HA在面部年轻化中的临床应用.方法选自我科2017年1月至2018年1月门诊156例患者,其中36例男性,120例女性;随机分为治疗组82例(A组)和对照组74例(B组).治疗组年龄25岁~50岁,平均年龄34岁,对照组年龄26岁~48岁,平均年龄35岁.A组应用非交联小分子透明质酸联合Filorga NCTF■BOOST135 HA治疗,B组单独应用非交联小分子透明质酸治疗.通过两种方法,对面部皮肤状态进行分析,评价治疗效果.结果治疗后随访3~6个月,A组病例中满意73例,不满意9例,满意率为89.02%;B组病例中满意52例,不满意22例,满意率为70.27%.结论透明质酸联合Filorga NCTF■BOOST135 HA在面部年轻化中的治疗效果优于单独应用透明质酸,患者获得较高满意度. Objective To observe the clinical application of non-crosslinked small molecule hyaluronic acid combined with Filorga NCTF■BOOST135 HA in facial rejuvenation. Methods 156 patients from January 2017 to January 2018 in our department were randomly divided into treatment group (82 cases) and control group (74 cases) with 36 males and 120 females. The treatment group was 25 to 50 years old, with an average age of 34 years, while the control group was 26 to 48 years old, with an average age of 35 years. Group A was treated with hyaluronic acid combined withFilorga NCTF■BOOST135 HA, while group B was treated with hyaluronic acid alone. Two methods were used to analyze the state of facial skin and evaluate the therapeutic effect. Results: After 3 to 6 months follow-up, 73cases were satisfied and 9 case was unsatisfactory in group A, the satisfaction rate was 89.02%. 52cases were satisfied and 22 cases were unsatisfactory in group B, the satisfaction rate was 70.27%. Conclusion Hyaluronic acid combined with Filorga NCTF■BOOST135 HAis superior to hyaluronic acid alone in the treatment of facial rejuvenation, and patients get higher satisfaction.
