眼轮匝肌皮瓣悬挂固定在眼袋伴泪槽、睑颊沟畸形患者眼袋整形中的应用

Application of Orbicularis Oculi Muscle Flap in the Treatment of Eye Bags with Tears in the Eye Bags and Cheeks and Sulcus Deformities

目的分析眼轮匝肌皮瓣悬挂固定在眼袋伴泪槽、睑颊沟畸形患者眼袋整形修复术中的应用效果.方法选取我院2016年3月~2018年1月眼袋伴泪槽、睑颊沟畸形患者187例,依照治疗方式不同分组,对照组93例采取眶隔脂肪切除术治疗,试验组94例采取眼轮匝肌皮瓣悬挂固定术治疗,观察对比2组眼睑美观性、自然性、活动性、整体性、眼睑及泪沟形态评分、并发症发生率及治疗后6个月、12个月复发率.结果试验组眼睑美观性、自然性、活动性、整体性、眼睑及泪沟形态较对照组高(P<0.05);试验组并发症总发生率1.06%与对照组4.31%差异不明显(P>0.05);试验组治疗后6个月复发率1.06%较对照组8.60%低(P<0.05),试验组治疗后12个月疾病复发率2.13%较对照组11.83%低(P<0.05).结论眼袋伴泪槽、睑颊沟畸形患者采取眼轮匝肌皮瓣悬挂固定术治疗,能显著改善手术效果,减少复发风险,且并发症发生率较低.

Objective To analyze the application effect of orbicularis oculi muscle flap in the treatment of eye bags with orbital tears and brow and groove deformity. Methods From March 2016 to January 2018 in our hospital, 187 patients with eye bags with tears and blemishes were randomly divided into groups according to different treatment Methods. Ninety-three patients in the reference group were treated with septum fatectomy, and 94 patients in the experimental group were treated with eyes. The rim musculocutaneous flap was used for suspension and fixation. The aesthetics, naturalness, activity, overall score, complication rate and recurrence rate at 6 months and 12 months after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The aesthetics, naturalness, activity and integrity of the eyelids in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was 1.06% and the difference in the reference group was 4.31%(P>0.05). The recurrence rate of 1.06% at 6 months after treatment was lower than that of the reference group (8.60%)(P<0.05). The disease recurrence rate of 2.13% in the test group at 12 months after treatment was lower than that in the reference group (11.83%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with eye bags with tear groove and bulging bulge deformity are treated with orbicularis oculi muscle flap suspension fixation, which can significantly improve the surgical outcome, reduce the risk of recurrence, and have a lower incidence of complications.
