超脉冲CO2点阵激光治疗增生性瘢痕的效果及不良反应观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察超脉冲CO2点阵激光治疗增生性瘢痕的效果及不良反应.方法采用随机数字表法将我院2018年5月至2019年2月期间52例增生性瘢痕患者随机分为试验组、对照组各26例,两组患者均予以糖皮质激素注射治疗,试验组在此基础上予以超脉冲CO2点阵激光治疗.比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗3个月后温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)评分变化,以及不良反应发生情况.结果试验组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,两组患者VSS评分均较治疗前显著降低,且试验组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组2例患者治疗后瘢痕表面产生水疱,水疱破裂后出现创面,换药治疗后1周内创面愈合,所有患者均未出现瘢痕加重或感染等严重不良反应.结论超脉冲CO2点阵激光联合药物注射治疗版增生性瘢痕疗效确切,且安全性高. Objective To observe the effect and adverse reactions of hypertrophic scar treated by ultra-pulsed CO2 lattice laser. Methods 52 cases of hypertrophic scar patients in our hospital from May 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 26 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with glucocorticoid injection. The experimental group was treated with superpulse CO2 lattice laser. The clinical efficacy, Vancouver Scar Scale (VSS) scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after 3 months of treatment. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After 3 months of treatment, the VSS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the VSS scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Two patients in the experimental group developed blisters on the scar surface after treatment, and wounds appeared after blister rupture, and one week after dressing change treatment. No serious adverse reactions such as scar aggravation or infection occurred in all patients. Conclusion Ultrapulse CO2 lattice laser combined with drug injection is effective and safe in treating hypertrophic scar.
