黄光在面部过敏性皮炎外用治疗中的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of Huangguang on facial allergic dermatitis

目的探讨黄光在面部过敏性皮炎外用辅助治疗中的疗效观察.方法采用观察对照的研究设计,入组面部过敏性皮炎过敏期患者(外观红肿,可见红血丝,自觉发烫)各32例,观察组予黄光照射湿敷冷喷加外敷防敏补水面膜一周一次,对照组予湿敷冷喷加外敷防敏补水面膜一周一次.分别于2周、4周、8周随访,并记录皮肤外观与自我感受.结果观察组较对照组更快退红,发烫时长更短,且红血丝可见变淡,复发延长,有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患者无不良反应.结论黄光配合湿敷冷喷加防敏补水面膜疗效显著,安全性高,患者感觉舒适、依从性好,且便捷好操作,值得临床广泛推广.

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Huangguang on facial allergic dermatitis.Methods Using observation and contrast study design, 32 patients with allergic dermatitis allergic period (red appearance and red hair) were enrolled in the study. The observation group was treated with yellow light, wet compress, cold spray and external application of anti allergy and replenishment mask once a week. The control group was given wet compress, cold spray and external application of anti allergy and replenishment mask once a week. Follow-up was conducted at 2, 4 and 8 weeks respectively. Skin appearance and self-perception were recorded. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had faster redness, shorter duration of fever, thinner red blood filament and longer recurrence, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). There were no adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusions Yellow light combined with wet compress, cold spray and anti allergy replenishment mask has significant effect, high safety, patients feel comfortable, good compliance, and convenient and good operation. It is worthy of wide clinical promotion.
