摘要 目的研究中、重度氟斑牙应用beyond冷光美白仪联合IPS e.max瓷贴面修复治疗的临床效果.方法选取2011年1月~2014年9月我院收治的76例中、重度氟斑牙患者,随机数字表法分为两组,各38例,对照组予以IPS e.max瓷贴面修复,观察组予以beyond冷光美白仪联合IPS e.max瓷贴面修复,对比两组总有效率、显效率,随访4年,统计两组患者满意度.结果观察组总有效率97.37%与对照组94.74%相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组显效率89.47%高于对照组67.79%(P<0.05);随访4年,观察组满意度93.75%高于对照组68.97%(P<0.05).结论 beyond冷光美白仪联合IPS e.max瓷贴面修复治疗中、重度氟斑牙,能修复患牙颜色,提高患者满意度,疗效显著. Objective To study the clinical effect of beyond cold light whitening instrument combined with IPS e.max porcelain veneer repair in the treatment of moderate and severe dental fluorosis. Methods 76 patients with moderate and severe dental fluorosis who were admitted to our hospital from January 2011 to September 2014 were randomly divided into two groups, with 38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with IPS e.max porcelain veneer. The observation group was treated with beyond luminosity whitening instrument combined with IPS e.max porcelain veneer. The total effective rate and effective rate of the two groups were compared. The follow-up period was 4 years. The satisfaction of the two groups was statistically analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.37% compared with 94.74% of the control group. The difference was not statistically significant (P >0.05). The effective rate of the observation group was 89.47% higher than that of the control group (67.79%)(P <0.05). The followup period was 4 years. Group satisfaction was 93.75% higher than that of the control group (68.97%)(P <0.05). Conclusion beyond luminescence whitening instrument combined with IPS e.max porcelain veneer repair for the treatment of moderate and severe dental fluorosis, can repair the color of the teeth, improve patient satisfaction, and the effect is remarkable.
