二氧化碳点阵激光治疗痤疮瘢痕的护理干预方法和效果观察

摘要 目的观察二氧化碳点阵激光治疗痤疮瘢痕的护理干预方法和效果.方法选取我院二氧化碳点阵激光治疗的面部痤疮瘢痕66例(2017年4月至2018年8月),所有患者进行护理干预,观察护理效果.结果治疗后,患者SAS评分、SDS评分低于治疗前,P<0.05,患者护理满意度92.42%.结论痤疮瘢痕患者二氧化碳点阵激光治疗后进行护理干预,能有效改善患者不良情绪,护理满意度较高,效果好,值得借鉴. Objective To observe the nursing intervention method and effect of carbon dioxide dot array laser in treating acne scar. Methods 66 cases of facial acne scar treated with co2 dot array laser in our hospital (April 2017 to August 2018) were selected, and all patients were given nursing intervention to observe the nursing effect. Results After treatment, SAS score and SDS score were lower than before treatment, P < 0.05, and patients' nursing satisfaction was 92.42%. Conclusion Nursing intervention after carbon dioxide dot array laser treatment for acne scar patients can effectively improve the patients' bad mood, nursing satisfaction is high, the effect is good, it is worthy of reference.
