以童趣化理念为导向的护理策略用于唇腭裂患儿的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Nursing Strategies Guided by Childlike Interest in Children with Cleft Lip and Palate

目的研究以童趣化理念为导向的护理策略用于唇腭裂患儿的临床观察.方法:选取60例我院于2017年3月至2018年4月收治的唇腭裂患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各30例,对照组给予常规护理,研究组在常规护理的基础上给予童趣化护理理念.比较两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、住院时间、愈合时间、家属焦虑抑郁情况及对护理满意度.结果护理后研究组的VAS评分、SDS评分、SAS评分、住院时间、愈合时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后两组生存质量各部分评分均显著升高,且研究组的升高幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);研究组家属满意度高于对照组(P<0.05).结论对唇腭裂患儿实施以童趣化理念为导向的护理策略可有效减轻患儿的躯体疼痛感,改善家属不良情绪,提高护理满意度,同时可减少住院时间及愈合时间,应用效果优于常规护理干预.

Objective To study the clinical observation of cleft lip and palate children with child-oriented nursing strategy. Methods Sixty children with cleft lip and palate admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to April 2018 were divided into control group and research group according to random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, while the research group was given childlike nursing idea on the basis of routine nursing. Visual analogue scale (VAS) score, hospitalization time, healing time, anxiety and depression of family members and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing, the VAS score, SDS score, SAS score, hospitalization time and healing time of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05), after nursing, the scores of each part of QOL in the two groups were significantly increased, and the increase in the study group was greater than that in the control group (P < 0.05), and the family satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion The implementation of child-oriented nursing strategy for children with cleft lip and palate can effectively alleviate physical pain, improve family members'bad mood, improve nursing satisfaction, and reduce hospital stay and healing time. The application effect is better than routine nursing intervention..
