论全面三维安全管理体系的构建

On the construction of comprehensive three-dimensional security management system

安全管理体系在当前的企业管理体系中,发挥着重要的作用。本文以某粮食企业为例,在原有的全面安全管理体系的基础上构建了一种新型的立体的三维全面安全管理体系,同时详细地从目标、体系、过程三个方面全面阐述了三维安全管理体系的结构,和三个维度之间的联系。笔者希望本文提出的三维安全管理体系可以为其他行业的全面安全管理体系的构建起到示范和指导作用。

The safety management system plays an important role in the current enterprise management system. Taking a food enterprise for example, a new three-dimensional comprehensive security management system was constructed based on the original comprehensive security management system. At the same time, it elaborated the structure of the three dimensional safety management system and the relation between the three dimensions from three aspects, including target, system and process. The author hopes that the three-dimensional security management system proposed in this paper can serve as a demonstration and guiding role for the construction of comprehensive security management system in other industries.
