摘要 本文研究用湿法消解-氢化物发生原子荧光光度法测定大米粉中总砷的含量。试验结果表明,在最佳条件下,砷浓度在2.0~10ng/mL范围内线性相关,线性相关系数为0.9998,标准大米粉中总砷的回收率在93.6%~102.7%之间,说明用湿法消解-氢化物发生原子荧光光度法测定大米粉中总砷的含量有效可行。 It was researched that Arsenic contents in Rice flour by using wet digestion and hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry in this paper. By the test results, it was learned that the concentration of Arsenic was linearly in the range of 2.0~10 ng/mL, and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 8, Using the standard substance of rice flour as the object of study, the recovery rate was between 93.6% and 102.7%. It was indicated that it was effective and feasible to determine the total arsenic content in rice flour by wet digestion and hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry.
