城市暗涵施工技术研究

摘要 城市地下暗涵管网是城市水、电、气、通信等基础设施的重要组成部分,传统的挖槽埋管地下管线施工技术对地面交通和周边环境影响较大。本文结合平顶山市湛河暗涵工程实例,针对城市河道边大尺寸顶管工作井施工的安全性难题,充分考虑了生态城市建设需求,对城市暗涵施工技术进行研究,并通过多种施工方案的分析对比,确定采取型钢支护竖井体系进行顶管施工,保证了施工安全,提高了效率,减少了开挖对生态环境的破坏。 Urban underground culvert network is an important part of urban water, electricity, gas, communication and other infrastructure. The traditional underground pipeline construction technology has a great impact on the ground traffic and surrounding environment. An example of Pingdingshan Zhanhe culvertproject is combined in the paper. Ecological city construction requirements are fully considered aiming at the safety difficulty of large-dimension jacking working well construction besides urban rivers. A profile steel support shaft system is adopted for jacking construction through analyzing and comparing many construction plans, thereby ensuring the construction safety, improving the efficiency, and reducing the damage of excavation on ecological environment.
