摘要
北方地区的换流站设计极端最低气温的选取对于电气设备运行的稳定性具有重要的意义。而现行做法通常采用气象站实测极端最低气温在作为电力工程的设计极端最低气温。由于我国气象站多位于城市周边,受城市冬季供暖及热岛效应的影响,其气温观测值与远离城市的变电站、换流站的气象条件往往有较大差异。因此,分析热岛效应对城市实测极端最低气温的影响,合理确定工程地点的最低温度,对于保证电力工程安全稳定运行具有重要的意义。
Design extreme minimum temperature for converter station in northern China is of great significance to the stability of electrical equipment operation. The current practice usually uses the extreme minimum temperature measured by meteorological station as the design extreme minimum temperature of power engineering. Because most of the meteorological stations in our country are located around the city, they are affected by the urban heating in winter and heat island effect, and their temperature observations are often quite different from those of substations and converter stations far away from the city. Therefore, it is of great significance to analyze the effect of heat island effect on the measured extreme minimum temperature in cities and to determine the minimum temperature at the project site reasonably for ensuring the safe and stable operation of electric power projects.
