摘要
以福建滨海输电线路工程为例,在基本风速的基础上,分析提出验算风速的必要性。通过对历年来相对特大实测值的稀有程度分析,气象站实测系列资料百年一遇风速的频率推算,增补受大风影响更明显的气象站与工程同一设计重现期下的最大风速、假定相对特大风速未发生的对比推测等方法对验算风速进行合理取值,为输电线路工程在抗风设计中合理提出验算风速提供参考。
Take the coastal transmission lines project in Fujian province as an example;the necessity of the checking wind speed based on the basic wind speed is analyzed. The checking wind speed calculated reasonably with the methods of the analysis of the rarity of the relatively rare measured values over the years, the frequency calculation of the once-in-a-century wind speed using the data of the meteorological station, the maximum wind speed of the same design return period with the project of the meteorological station significantly affected by the strong winds, comparing calculation with the assumption of the relatively rare wind speed not occurred, provide a reference for the reasonable calculation of the checking wind speed of the transmission lines engineering in wind resistance design .
