高山风电场架空输电线路特殊覆冰工况的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 随着云南省新能源项目的快速建设,风电场建站条件越来越恶劣,高山风电场输电线路常常规划建设在海拔较高的无人区,覆冰及大风现象常有发生。本文从覆冰同时发生大风的组合工况出发,对某风电场输电线路覆冰同时大风的取值进行探讨。 With the rapid construction of new energy projects in yunnan province, wind farm site condition is more and more strict, more and more severe weather conditions, high wind power transmission lines path planning and construction in high altitude areas, ice and wind phenomenon happens quite often, in general, the probability of the wind when ice in small, but does not rule out the ice at the same time of ice condition of the wind. In this paper, based on the ice condition of the wind at the same time, the value of the ice at the same time wind is discussed.
