摘要
“十二五”以来,湖南省风电发展迅速,但地理环境特殊,冬季冰冻天气频发,测风数据缺失较为严重,大多数长期气象站均位于县城,与风电场测风数据相关性较差,难以使用测风数据进行风电场的代表年订正。通过南岳气象站长期的风速资料、3Tier数据与湘中地区3座时间序列较长的测风塔的实测风速资料进行对比分析,探索湘中地区风电场的大小风年定性判定的方法。
Since the "12th Five-year Plan", wind power has been developing rapidly in Hunan Province. However, in special geographical environment, frequent winter freezing weather in Hunan and lack of wind-measurement data are more serious. Most of the long-term weather stations are located in the county seat, It is difficult to use the wind data to conduct a representative year revision of the wind farm. By comparing the long-term wind speed data of Nanyue weather station with the measured wind speed data of 3 time-series wind towers in the Central Hunan Province, methods for Qualitatively Determining Wind Age of Wind Farms in Central Hunan Province.
