摘要 为了准确测试高速电主轴角接触球轴承的动态支承刚度,提出了采用同步激励的方式在线测量主轴动态支承刚度的方法。通过研究残余振动位移和激励响应位移之间的角度关系,推导出了动态支承刚度测试原理,在型号为150SD40Q7的电主轴上进行了动态刚度测试实验,并和仿真结果进行了对比分析。测试结果和仿真结果变化趋势吻合良好,误差较小,验证了该测试方法的有效性,为主轴动态运行刚度的测试提供了一种可靠方法。 In order to test the dynamic support stiffness of angular contact ball bearings for high-speed electric spindle,a method for measuring the dynamic support stiffness of spindles by means of synchronous excitation is proposed.The dynamic support stiffness test principle is derived by studying the angular relationship between the residual vibration displacement and the excitation response displacement.The dynamic stiffness test is carried out on the electric spindle of the model 150 SD40 Q7,and the simulation results are compared and analyzed.The test and simulation results have the same trend with a small error.The validity of the test method is verified,which provides a reliable method for testing the dynamic stiffness of the spindle.
