循证护理在急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后患者中的应用

Application of Evidence-based Nursing in Patients after Emergency Nercutaneous Coronary Intervention

目的:探讨循证护理在急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后患者中的应用方法及效果。方法:选取山东省某三级甲等医院急性胸痛中心病区2018年8月1日~12月31日收治的53例急诊PCI术后患者作为对照组,采取常规护理措施;将2019年1月1日~5月31日收治的54例急诊PCI术后患者作为实验组,采取循证护理干预方案。比较两组患者术后第1天、术后1周心功能指标、焦虑情况及住院时间。结果:两组患者1周后血浆脑钠肽(BNP)、肌钙蛋白(cTnI)数值、心脏彩超左室射血分数(LVEF)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组患者干预后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05),住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PCI患者术后实施循证护理干预方案安全可行,有利于缓解患者紧张、焦虑情绪,缩短住院时间,且不会加重心肌缺血与损害。

Objective:To explore the application and effect of evidence-based nursing in patients after emergency percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:A total of 53 patients admitted from August 1,2018 to December 31,2018 in the acute chest pain center of a third-Grade Class-A hospital in Shandong province were selected as the control group and routine nursing measures were taken.Fifty-four cases of emergency post-PCI patients admitted from January 1,2019 to May 31,2019 were selected as the experimental group and the evidence-based nursing intervention scheme was adopted.Cardiac function indicators,anxiety status and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups on the first day and one week after surgery.Results:There was no significant difference in plasma brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),troponin(cTnI)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of cardiac color Doppler ultrasound after 1 week between the two groups( P >0.05).The score of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group( P <0.05),and the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group( P <0.05).Conclusion:It is safe and feasible to implement evidence-based nursing intervention after PCI.It is beneficial to relieve patients′ tension and anxiety,and shorten hospital stay,which will not aggravate myocardial ischemia and damage.
