渭河定西段社会服务功能状况研究

Research on social service function of dingxi section of Weihe River

本文通过对渭河定西段社会服务功能状况的研究,可直观地反映流域社会服务功能的现状和存在的主要问题,并为今后河流可持续发展有效管理提供重要的理论基础和实践指导。渭河定西段社会服务功能状况的研究主要从水功能区达标、水资源开发利用和防洪能力3个方面进行,通过查阅文献、收集资料、实地调研及现场勘测等,得出渭河定西段社会服务功能状况为健康状态,但与理想状态的预期目标还有差距。

Through the research on the social service function in Dingxi section of Weihe River, this paper can directively reflect the current situation and main problems of social service function in the basin, and provide important theoretical basis and practical guiding significance for the effective management of sustainable development of rivers in the future. The research on the social service function of the Dingxi section of Weihe River is mainly carried out from three aspects: the standard of the water function area, the development and utilization of water resources and the flood control capacity. Through literature review, data collection, field investigation and field survey, it is concluded that the social service function of the Dingxi section of Weihe River is in a healthy state, but there is still difference with the expected target of the ideal state.
