浅析生态理念在诏安县赤水溪小流域水土流失治理措施中的应用

Analysis on the application of ecological concept in water and soil loss control measures in Chishui River watershed of Zhao’an County

本文介绍了诏安县赤水溪小流域水土流失治理中应用的生态理念。治理中,以小流域为建设单元,通过治理水土流失,改善生态环境,减少泥沙入河入库,蓄水保土,保护水土资源,因害设防,防灾减灾,建设安全生态水系,把水土流失治理与生态安全、生态水系、民生结合起来。

This article shows ecological concept in Shao’an Chishui small watershed soil and water erosion control.Taking small watersheds as construction units to controll soil erosion, and improve ecological environment, and reduce sediment into rivers, and store soil and water, and protect soil and water resources, and prevent and reducing disasters due to disasters, and build safe ecological water systems. It should combine the management of soil and water erosion with ecological security, ecological water system and people’s livelihood.
