安徽省城市湖泊湖长制“一湖一策”实施方案编制探讨

Discussion on compilation of implementation plan of “one policy to one lake” for urban lake chief system in Anhui province

城市湖泊是城市生态系统的重要组成部分,具有重要的生态调节和社会服务功能。本文以安徽省蚌埠市龙子湖为例,分析了龙子湖湖泊现状及特点,明确了湖长制管控范围,针对湖长制六大工作任务梳理了存在的突出问题,提出了管理保护目标、任务和措施,为安徽省城市湖泊编制“一湖一策”,达到实施湖长制的成效提供依据。

Urban lakes are important part of the urban ecosystem and have important ecological regulation and social service functions. Taking Longzi Lake in Bengbu City, Anhui Province as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation and characteristics of Longzi Lake, defines the control scope of the lake chief system, sorts out the outstanding problems existing in the six major tasks of the lake chief system, and puts forward the management and protection objectives, tasks and measures, which will provide the basis for the compilation of “one policy to one lake” for urban lakes in Anhui Province and achieve the effect of implementing the lake chief system.
