摘要
大学校园人际交往是影响大学生成长的关键因素。其内在生成机制尚不明确。本研究通过问卷调查,采用相关分析、偏相关分析、独立样本t检验、探索性因子分析、多元线性回归等方法,从交往频率和交往质量两方面探讨了大学校园人际交往的生成机制。研究发现,大学校园人际交往围绕课程学习展开。交往质量反映了学习质量,交往频率反映了刻苦程度。综合实践活动和教师教学行为是校园人际交往影响力最大的两个因素,其他因素包括学习态度、学习方式和硬件设施。本研究可为我国高校管理者制定相关政策提供实证依据。
Interaction with socialization agents on campus is a key factor affecting the growth of college students. However, the intrinsic generation mechanism of the interaction is not clear. Through questionnaire survey, this study explores the generation mechanism from the perspectives of frequency and quality of college students' interactions with socialization agents on campus by means of bivariate and partial correlation analysis, independent-samples T test, factor analysis and regression analysis. The findings show that curriculum learning is the core of students' interactions. The quality of interaction reflects academic achievements, and the frequency of interaction reflects the involvement in learning. Comprehensive practice and teaching practice are the most important factors in college students' interactions with socialization agents on campus. The other factors include learning attitude, learning behavior and campus environment. This study provides an empirical basis for university administrators in China to formulate relevant policies.
