中国社区政策研究发展态势与评价——基于(1995—2018年)538篇CNKI文献的计量分析

The Development Trend and Evaluation of Community Policy Research in China——Based on the Metrology Analysis of 538 CNKI Documents (1995-2018)

以1995—2018年CNKI数据库收录的538篇关于中国社区政策的文献为样本,运用文本信息挖掘技术和知识图谱可视化手段,对中国社区政策研究进行图景呈现,包括年代分布、研究前沿与热点、研究方法、研究队伍与引文情况。研究发现:中国社区政策的研究整体呈现稳定上升趋势;研究热点包括社区卫生服务、农村社区、社区矫正、政策执行、社区教育、政策网络、社区治理等;研究方法以定性研究为主,定量研究呈现上升趋势;研究队伍以高校机构为主,合作网络尚未形成;文献的引文数量呈现上升趋势,高被引论文集中在农村社区、社区卫生服务、社区养老与社区教育政策方面。提出对社区政策相关研究的未来展望。

Taking 538 documents on Chinese community policy included in 1995-2018 CNKI database as a sample, using text information mining technology and knowledge map visualization, it presents a picture of Chinese community policy research which included age distribution, research frontiers and hotspots, research methods, research teams and citations. For Chinese community policy, the study found that its research showed a steady upward trend: research hotspots included community health services, and rural communities, community corrections, policy implementation, community education, policy networks, community governance, etc. Research methods are mainly qualitative,and quantitative shows an upward trend: the research team is mainly based on colleges and universities, and the cooperation network has not yet formed: the number of citations in the documents is on the rise and the highly cited papers are concentrated on rural communities, community health services, community pension and community education policies. Based on the previous elements, the future prospect of community policy related research is put forward.
