从政治性与本土性双维视角看城市文化发展的驱动模式——基于24个中心城市相关数据的分析

The Driving Mode of Urban Cultural Development from the Perspective of Politicality and Locality——An Analysis Based on Data from 24 Central Cities

通过抽样选取国内24个中心城市,整理分类其在2010—2016年《中国精神文明建设年鉴》中所展示的活动,采用文本分析与分类归纳两种方法,从政治性与本土性两个视角梳理不同城市在文化活动中的倾向与类别分布。研究发现,城市文化发展有政治驱动型、本土驱动型、缓进发展型、并进驱动型四种模式;文化发展较好的城市集中于本土性发展较强的区域,政治性活动是保证团结统一的重要举措。认为特色文化发展是城市文化竞争力的基石,提出政治掌舵与经济发展促进城市文化繁荣的对策建议。

Sorting out the activities of the 24 central cities in China in the 2010-2016 Spiritual Civilization Yearbook by sampling, it lists systematically the tendency and category distribution of different cities in cultural activities from the perspective of political and locality by using text analysis and classification induction. The research discovers that there are four modes in the development of urban culture: political-driven, locality-driven, slow-forward development, and parallel-driven: cities with better cultural development are concentrated in areas with strong local development, and political activities are important measures to ensure unity. It believes that the development of characteristic culture is the cornerstone of urban cultural competitiveness, and proposes countermeasures for political helm and economic development to promote urban cultural prosperity.
