摘要
从个人、社会和国家三个维度阐述了新时代劳动观教育。认为劳动观教育蕴含着美好生活靠劳动创造、营造劳动光荣的社会风尚、以劳动托起中国梦的价值指向;体现了劳动观与社会主义统一、社会主义核心价值观和社会主义荣辱观协同、中华民族热爱劳动文化传统与马克思主义劳动观结合的认识基础;遵循了什么是劳动观教育、为什么加强新时代劳动观教育和如何进行新时代劳动观教育的逻辑理路;回答了新时代劳动观教育是针对时代的新要求、劳动的新变化、教育的新问题而提出的;回应了思想政治教育工作的时代使命,把握了思想政治教育实践育人的内在要求。
The education of the new era of labor concept is precisely aimed at the new requirements of the times, the new changes of labor, and the new problems of education. The purpose is to respond to the mission of the times of ideological and political education, and grasp the inherent requirements of educating people in ideological and political education. Labor concept education in the new era contains the value orientation as a good life built by labor, a glorious social trend created by labor, and Chinese dream realized by labor. It emphasizes the cognitive basis as unity concept of labor and socialism, collaboration of socialist core values and socialist honor and disgrace, and the combination of the cultural tradition of the Chinese nation who loves labor and the Marxist view of labor. It follows the logic of what is the concept of labor education, why the education of the new era of labor is strengthened, and how to carry out the education of the new era of labor.
