糖尿病周围神经病128例临床与神经电生理分析

Clinical and Neuroelectrophysiological Analysis of 128 Patients with Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的探究糖尿病周围神经病患者临床病症特点以及神经电生理特点。方法选择2017年1月—2018年12月于该院收治的128例糖尿病周围神经病患者作为研究对象,测定所有患者的运动神经与感觉神经传导水平,共计有32例患者接受常规针极肌电图检测。结果128例患者共计有93例患者检测出存在神经电生理异常,有72例患者被诊断为多发性周围神经疾病。发现患者神功传导功能正常情况下正极肌电图有异常。结论糖尿病周围神经患者中临床病症和神经电生理变化均已感觉神经功能异常为主,并非所有周围神经疾病都能检测出电生理异常,不建议单独使用针极肌电图作为筛查糖尿病周围神经症疾病手段。

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and neuroelectrophysiological characteristics of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods A total of 128 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as study subjects to measure the levels of motor nerve and sensory nerve conduction. A total of 32 patients received routine needle electromyography. Results A total of 93 of the 128 patients were diagnosed with neuroelectrophysiological abnormalities, and 72 patients were diagnosed with multiple peripheral neuropathy. It was found that the positive electromyography of patients with normal function of power conduction was abnormal. Conclusion Clinical symptoms and neuroelectrophysiological changes of diabetic peripheral nerve patients were mainly sensory nerve dysfunction. Not all peripheral nerve diseases can be detected by electrophysiological abnormalities, and it is not recommended to use needle pole electromyography alone as a screening method for diabetic peripheral nerve diseases.
