摘要
目的对于2型糖尿病患者接受糖尿病营养治疗的具体方法以及治疗效果施行分析与总结。方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月医院所收诊的2型糖尿病患者资料100例施行分析,所选100例2型糖尿病患者通过奇偶法开展分组,其中50例2型糖尿病患者接受常规饮食控制作为对照组,剩余50例2型糖尿病患者接受营养治疗作为研究组,对比两组2型糖尿病患者接受不同治疗措施之后的临床效果。结果两组2型糖尿病患者接受不同治疗措施之后的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖以及糖化血红蛋白水平对比差异明显;两组2型糖尿病患者接受不同治疗措施之后的甘油三酯、总胆固醇、舒张压以及收缩压水平对比差异明显。结论临床中针对2型糖尿病患者,为其提供营养治疗效果理想,应该给予大力的推广与应用。
Objective To analyze and summarize the specific methods and therapeutic effects of nutritional therapy for type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. Methods The data of 100 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were analyzed. They were divided into two groups by odd-even method. Fifty patients with type 2 diabetes received routine diet control as the control group, and the remaining 50 patients with type 2 diabetes received nutritional treatment as the research group. Clinical effects of two groups were compared after treatment. Results There were significant differences in fasting blood sugar, 2-hour postprandial blood sugar and glycosylated hemoglobin levels between the two groups after receiving different treatment measures. And there were significant differences in triglyceride, total cholesterol, diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure levels between the two groups after receiving different treatment measures. Conclusion Nutrition therapy for type 2 diabetes mellitus patients is ideal, which is worth promotion and application.
