探讨2型糖尿病护理中临床护理路径的应用

The Application of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Type 2 Diabetes Nursing

目的对2型糖尿病患者接受临床护理路径的效果进行分析研究,为临床护理提供参考。方法2015年1月—2017年3月该院对188例2型糖尿病患者进行了分析研究,将患者分成了对照组和观察组,对两组的护理依从性和效果进行对比。结果经过28d护理,观察组患者的空腹血糖水平为(6.03±1.47)mmol/L,餐后2h血糖(7.25±1.08)mmol/L,观察组患者护理后空腹血糖(7.03±1.47)mmol/L,餐后2h血糖(8.25±1.08)mmol/L。观察组比对照组低(t=1.6508,P<0.05)。对照组患者的临床护理依从性是71.28%,观察组是93.62%,两组的结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者接受临床护理路径的效果较好,提供个性化和人性化的护理指导,规范护理工作,确保护理环节无缝衔接,稳定血糖状态,提升依从性。

Objective To analyze and study the effect of clinical nursing pathway on type 2 diabetes mellitus patients, so as to provide reference for clinical nursing. Methods From January 2015 to March 2017, 188 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospitalwere analyzed and studied. The patients were divided into control group and observation group.The nursing compliance and effect of the two groups were compared. Results After 28 days of nursing, the average level of fasting blood sugar in the observation group was (6.03±1.47)mmol/L, and 2 hours after meal blood sugar was (7.25±1.08)mmol/L, which were lower than those in the control group(7.03±1.47)mmol/L and(8.25±1.08)mmol/L (t=1.6508, P<0.05). The clinical nursing compliance of the control group was 71.28%, and that of the observation group was 93.62%. There was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of clinical nursing pathway for type 2 diabetes mellitus patients is better. It provides individualized and humanized nursing guidance, standardizes nursing work. It ensures seamless connection of nursing links, stabilizes blood sugar status and improves compliance.
